exhausted, overworked, tearful, loved.

3. Hows the weather been today?
Cold and miserable.
4. What did you do last night?
stayed in, spent hours upon hours writing and working, taking notes, reading books, highlighting things, eating hobnobs and drinking too much lucozade
5. What have you done/will you do today?
I woke up, did some shorthand work, got some shit news, cried, phoned my mum, missed a meeting, went to my Chinese language class, met my boyfriend for a big hug, went out for Chinese food, came home. Now I am going to read, research some stuff and sleep.
6. What will you do tomorrow?
I will hopefully get up at an okay-ish time, get some work done, then go to uni and do some shit, then see the boyfriend and hopefully get some reading done.
7. What type of food do you like best?
Chinese, or good old fashioned pub food like chips, chicken & gravy. Can’t beat chips, gravy, and a shitload of salt.
8. What drinks do you drink?
at the moment, far too much lucozade. I don’t think it’s healthy.
9. Favourite pudding?
cheesecake. amazing M&S new york vanilla cheesecake with strawberries

hazlenut hot chocolate
11. Urban or rural?
urban, the countryside is pretty but it bores me after a while. i love cities, especially ones that come alive and twinkle at night. i love taking photos of them :)
13. Are you a health freak?
no… sometimes i get really into it, and i do like exercising but i get tired so easily that just the thought of that puts me off.
14. What are you doing this summer?
errr summer is a really long way away, so i have no idea. hopefully i’ll have a job of some sort. i don’t know.
15. What is happening in the next month?
i’ll be going home and catching up with friends from home for one week of it, the rest will probably be spent just as this month has been spent - uni, lots of work, and lots of visits to see the boyfriend.
16. What visual art interests you?
i love fashion illustration, especially when its done with watercolours. i love illustration in general really, right now especially children’s illustration, I bought a Quentin Blake bookmark recently and it made me so happy!
17. Favourite film(s)?
i don’t really like film too much… when I REALLY think I suppose I can come up with a few that I do love… *thinks* I like films that really make me laugh, and usually they’re the ones that my dad has watched with my since i was little - airplane, spinal tap, naked gun… i also love back to the future (all of them), casablanca, dentist on the job, gentlemen prefer blondes, sleeping beauty, wall-e, lion king, all sorts of other disney films, mean girls, clueless, aristocats, grease, 500 days of summer…
18. Favourite musicians?
oh there are so many. it changes every day. queen will always be my absolute favourite though.
19. Favourite book(s)?
I also love far too many books…anything by Jodi Picoult, Douglas Coupland, Nick Hornby, Nicholas Sparks, Ian McEwan… I love them all.
20. What do you do to relax?
I like to crank music up and read - from newspapers to magazines to blogs and forums. I also really like just lying down and letting myself drift in and out of sleep, though this pretty much always just ends in sleep…
21. What comforts you?
Cuddles, sleep, being all comfy under a duvet, hot chocolate, being with that someone special…
22. What did you have for breakfast this morning?
fruit & fibre belvita biscuits. yuuum.
23. Writing or reading?
don’t think i could choose. I do love writing but then at the same time nothing beats getting immersed in reading
24. What’s your fashion style?
pretty thrown together… i have a lot of vintage dresses, but i also have all sorts of shit from new look, h&m, primark, etc. you can probably find me in tights, a dress, cardigan, a mac and a big scarf on most days. (especially as now it’s so cold…)
25. Favourite alcoholic drink?
Cocktails! I love the cocktails at Lucky Voice in Soho, especially the ones that come with sweets on the top. At the moment I really love Brothers’ toffee apple cider, which is made with cream soda and therefore just tastes like cream soda. I basically like alcohol that doesn’t taste like alcohol.
26. Say it’s a hot and sunny day, what do you do?
complain about how hot it is… enjoy wearing a nice dress with no thick tights. go for a nice walk in the sunshine :)
27. Where would you like to go on holiday?
sweden :)
28. Last gig, last holiday abroad, last domestic holiday, last thing you ate, last think you drank, last music you listened to, last person you kissed, last thought?
jason manford (does that count?), errm it was to spain, a few years ago… i guess my last domestic holiday was to sheffield, when i didnt live here… last thing i ate was some ice cream, last thing i drank was some coke, i am currently listening to what you see is what you get by good old britney (i’m having a craving for her recently, dont ask), last person i kissed was my boyfriend this evening, and my last thought was that i should probably go to sleep soon.
